    I too am receiving this error message. I am using Windows 10 Pro, version 1903 and Abobe 2019.021.20058 with continuous release. Please advise as this is happening several times a week.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

    For the last 2 months I am having error messages every 2-3 days when viewing my documents. I am running Version 2019.021.20058 with Windows 10 Pro, version 1903. There are no new updates in Adobe. I have to close all the open Adobe docs and reopen. This is extremely frustrating
