   Here's an idea. Allow the user to GLOBALLY set the title bar to either "Document Title" OR "File Name" OR BOTH (separate the file name and document title with a hyphen or vertical bar or some other delimiter) and override the document setting. I find Document Titles usually stupid or uninformative AND totally useless in getting back to the PDF I want when I have multiple documents open. Please put this option in ALL Adobe PDF reading/editing/creating products!!
