Hi
Thanks for sharing the steps. We are aware of a similar issue with OneDrive files and are working on fixing it.
Can you check if you can convert Office files kept in OneDrive by right-click menu and the PDF gets created. Does the Office app remain open or does it get closed? Thanks
TanviAn error occurred while saving the comment Hi
We tried this out at our end but couldn't reproduce this issue with Excel files on OneDrive. Would it be possible for you to share some test files with us?
Thanks

Hi Keith
Given other high priority items, we have decided to not fix this issue.
As a workaround, you can un-check the preference to upload to Document cloud and convert the file locally itself.
Here are the steps:Open Acrobat
Go to Tools > Create PDF > Single file
click on “Select a file”
In the file picker dialog, select the Word file and uncheck the preference " Use Adobe Create PDF cloud service"
click on Openand then create the PDF
Hope this helps!
Thanks

Please check and update your Acrobat as your version is very outdated.
Also, Acrobat 10 is End of Life and there would be no future updates. Thanks

Thanks for your feature request. We have added it in our backlog which will be prioritized based on other items. We will keep you posted with the progress.
Thanks
TanviAn error occurred while saving the comment How would you like the feature to work? When selecting multiple pdf's to combine I'd like adobe to arrange them in order of selection (Based on which item was selected first). Nitro PDF does that.
Why is this feature important to you? It saves time when you extract pages from emails and you select each in an order you want them to be combined. Otherwise you end up dragging each selection to arrange while creating the binder.

TanviAn error occurred while saving the comment Hi Russ
If you want to eventually create a Portfolio of PDFs created from various sources like web page, Word file etc., you can do so in a single workflow only without creating multiple redundant PDF files. You would need to check the "Save As PDF Portfolio" options provided in the Combine Files > Options dialog.
Thanks

Please check with latest Office update. This has been fixed by Microsoft in their latest update.
Thanks

Hi
Thanks for sharing your feedback. This is an expected behavior since the image is not actually an image but a linked file. So the shadow/ghost image distinguishes the linked image from a normal static image. Hope that resolves your concern.
Thanks
