We are experiencing the same issue. The PDF is open and readable, but once the user disconnects from the dock and goes into a meeting, the same PDF is blank.
For testing purposes I have added a registry entry HKCU\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\Originals - bUsePageCache (1) to enable Page Cache. I just want to see if this is workaround until adobe have come up with a fix.
