   Hi Michael

   Can you try changing the View to Thumbnail View instead of List View while doing Combine?
   In that view, you can select multiple files, drag and drop files or reorder as per your need.

   You should rename files upto 9 .. 01,02.... Upto 100 will be ok. It better idea
