When is the best time to visit Dubai?

I'm planning a trip to Dubai but can't decide on the best time of year. I've heard that it's unbearably hot in the summer and overcrowded and expensive in the winter. I'd like comfortable weather, a quiet environment, and the opportunity to fully explore the sights. For those of you who have been before, what is the best time of year to go so that I won't regret my decision?

    Have you ever been to hot countries in the summer? I went there once in July, and it was a real challenge! It was +45 degrees during the day, the asphalt was literally melting, and I didn't really go anywhere. I just sat in my room under the air conditioner. When I went for the second time, I chose February, which was perfect! The temperature is around +30, and the sea is already warm. Where will you be staying?
