Do you know why did Nortia Logistics file for bankruptcy?

Hello, I think you know the transportation company Nortia Logistics. Have you seen the news that they filed for bankruptcy and for Chapter 11 protection? Do you know the reasons for this? I didn’t expect to see this in the news feed at all.

    Do you also work for any transportation companies? To be honest, I was also shocked by this news and immediately told my colleagues about it. I learned about it from the article: https://blog.gettransport.com/news/bankruptcy-filing-nortia-logistics-chapter-11/ and as it turned out, the reason was the company's debt. They overdue the debt to the railroad and this led to a lawsuit. Their debts were almost 6 million dollars, so they really had no other choice but to declare bankruptcy. It's really a shame that it turned out this way, but it's strange that they launched it like this and didn't start optimizing their costs earlier.
