I recently started using a Dell USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Dual Video Docking Station with my work laptop because I needed an easier setup for dual monitors and extra USB devices. Everything worked fine at first, but lately one of the monitors randomly disconnects for a few seconds, especially during video calls or when multiple devices are connected. I updated the dock drivers and changed cables, but the issue still keeps happening. Now I’m not sure if the docking station is failing or if it’s some power or compatibility problem with my laptop. If anyone has dealt with this before, I’d appreciate some advice.
