  1. Acrobat DC keeps crashing. I don't know if the crashes are being reported back to Adobe or not. Hanging/crashing on saveas.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

    I had the same problem where severa large files cause frequent crashes, support told me that Acrobat was "not fully compatible with the latest Mac OS. In the end it got so unworkable I cancelled my subscription and currently use a couple of alternative PDF editors to get similar functionality. Takes time but less so than constantly recovering from crashes.
    I followed up with Adobe mid July to see if there was any resolution but got the run around, I don't think they even listen to what is said, you just get sent to the next person when they have no answer. Acrobat XI was great!
