An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedSince this one is being ignores I have created another request to get some action - https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/43793613-please-send-all-adobe-invoices-monthly-via-email
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedCurrently I have to log into Adobe CC to get my monthly invoice. Please send it to me automatically like you do all the other information.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedAdobe are obviously ignoring our pleas here. Maybe we need to create multiple new requests to get some action.
It is unusual that I can chose I whole heap of other options for Adobe to email me such as Account-related Notifications (which ironically doesn't include account related notifications), collaboration digests, tutorials, new feature tips, and other inspirational content and magazines.
I can even click a button to get Adobe to email me my invoice but no automation!
Further it looks like Pratyush is no longer at Adobe - his last post on User Voice was 2018, so maybe the message from Tiago about a block hole is accurate and under review was Pratyush's intro which got trashed on his departure.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedOn the CC Preference page it has an option to get notified for Account-related notifications.
"Adobe occasionally needs to send transactional emails related to your account, like billing issues and security alerts. You’ll receive these at your primary email address. You can also choose to receive SMS notifications to help you stay updated."
So, Adobe can send me an email if they think there is an issue with my bill but can't send an email so I have my bill!
Oral, I have not received a message like you have, and had to retrieve my invoice manually.
This is the number one issue I have with using CC - oh and that Fireworks was removed :(
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commented3 and a half years since raised, and under review by Adobe for 3 years. Microsoft and most other serious software companies I have subscriptions with can do it.
As long as Adobe gets paid automatically from my credit card, why bother making it easy for me to get my bill.
Funny for a company that touts its CX tools and it can't even make monthly billing seamless!
