Send monthly Creative Cloud invoices to my email automatically
I know how to access my invoices but it is a hassle, time consuming and easy to forget.
Please send me my invoices by email automatically.
I shouldn't have to log into my creative cloud account, find my latest invoice and click an email me button. Creative Cloud should send me my invoice automatically.
Adobe is able to send me tips, marketing information and other rubbish automatically but the one thing I want, it can't do.
The people reviewing these messages seem to think it is smart to ignore requests by many hundreds of people or even to merge it with a solution that is not the solution.
Why does Adobe like to do things to make me angry rather than to make me like Adobe? Anyway, it will be interesting to see how long this lasts before it is merged with the non solution.
Another month passes of my finance department chasing me for this stupid invoice. Adobe! Get your act together and figure out how to automate emailing invoices!

I was wondering where the option was to auto-send invoices to my email. So it seems they don't have any. It's a shame really, this would make tax management a lot easier especially as I can auto-send invoices to Hubdoc and reconcile with Xero a lot faster.
It's ridiculous really. Even MICROSOFT, who are ATROCIOUS in almost every way, will email me my monthly invoice. This is such a basic service, it's insane that Adobe can't figure it out.

What a complete lack of customer service to see that this functionality is still missing!
What a tedius and totally avoidable process to log in each month do find and download my own invoice.
Please allow an option for automatic email delivery - even the smallest companies are able to set this up. Piece of cake for a giant like Adobe.

Adobe, PLEASE for the love of everything, send a monthly invoice. Why do I have to log into the **** account every month and waste time finding the invoice, then emailing it to myself? A BILLION dollar company can't flipping send an invoice for their ****?????

Yes, please enable automated invoice emailing. I currently have a reminder in my work calendar for the day after billing to log into the website, download then email them off. That can't be the happy path for that interaction.
Figure this one out please for the small teams out here.

I swear it takes an act of God every month to find my Adobe Stock invoice. Why Adobe feels they can avoid providing this most basic customer service blows my mind, and yet they get away with it for years and years. I hate monopolies. 🤬

Adobe why aren't you acting on this?

I manage 4 CC accounts for a small team and have to every month log into 3 different accounts to fetch CC and Adobe Stock invoices for our accounts dept. - I'm joining the chorus; please email invoices!!

My goal is to automate my invoices using power automate so I don't have to log in every single month and download an invoice and then upload it to my expense software. Please send invoices to my email address thank you

Yes, please enable the option to receive invoices by email each month.

We might do a video on this topic for our channel - when we do I'll try and mention it here so that it might get spread around and maybe make enough noise to push Adobe to do something.
People have been asking for this for YEARS now.
It is not a complicated solution, you can implement this on an opt in basis only.
Address the issues your users have and make this easier for business clients.
We are not looking for advice on how to view our invoices, we are looking for you to automatically email invoices as they are billed. This is a straight forward and simple solution....
can't believe they forcibly merged the last bug report with a tonedeaf non-solution. This means all our votes to fix the bug report now looks like we're voting for the non-solution that was merged. We'll have to add our voices to these new threads that come up. Thank you for making this new thread. Adobe is clearly just spitting in our faces now.

Even a button in the email that they send us that gives us a "preview" of our invoice, that allows us to print it as a pdf would be great - but of course their software probably can't produce pfd's.
