HI David,
We tried on our side on the latest build. It is fixed on our side. Please update on the latest build.
Although the issue faced by you may be because you have not turned off Protected View, Please turn it off and you won’t be facing the issue anymore.Thanks

As of today, same issue for me. This issue is not resolved.
Steps to reproduce:
- Activate "Single Key Shortcuts"
- Deactivate "Protected View"
- Close Adobe Acrobat
- Open Adobe Acrobat
- Single Key Shortcuts do not work
- Click on a tool icon in the toolbar
- Single Key Shortcuts work
Running on Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1909
Adobe Acrobat latest version (as of 15.09.2020): Version 20.0
