   Can you try updating your Office and Acrobat?
   Let us know if that fixes the issue else, please share the screenshot of the errors or crash dump.

   Yes, I keep getting warning messages for Word about this, and both disabling the add-in and deleting it, but it keeps getting re-installed and re-enabled every time I update Acrobat. I do not need to make PDFs from Word, so there should be a way to permanently delete or disable it.
