unfortunately did not learn of this quirk until AFTER I had created several templates. I could not find a tip sheet on how to find/access my templates. After almost 20 minutes of using the Chat feature, reps was able to find them, but I still cannot access them, despite logging in the same way she did. Her only suggestion for a fix was to leave a message here. Very frustrating!
