Thanks for reporting your concern. This seems to be a case of mistaken identity. Adobe employees do contact customers directly to help them in any issues they are facing. Do let us know in case you face any other issue.

This was a genuine request. We generally reach out to our customers, who have contacted us through forums or wish forms or support or user voice or reported a bug, in order to understand their feedback and improve our products. You might have contacted Adobe earlier though any of these channels and hence I reached out to you to know your concern. Please let us know in case of any other concern.
