is this suspicious email REALLY FROM adobe?
I just opened an email froma a which reads:"Hello Bob,
Hope you are doing well! I work with Adobe and I am a Product Manager in the Document Cloud group (which includes Acrobat, Reader and much more). I have got your reference from the feedback you have left for Fill & Sign tool on our portal. It would be great if we could have a short call to discuss and understand your requirements in detail. I would also like to get your feedback on some of the new Fill & Sign capabilities we are exploring.
Please let me know your availability and preferred day/time. I promise to keep it short and it won’t take too much time.
Your feedback will be very valuable to us and this will help us in building a better product which should fulfil our customers’ need.
Looking forward to hear back from you!"
BOB HERE AGAIN:-i have never questioned anythong about filland sign and the email from address did not mention adobe just "Akshi Gupta" i OPENED IT ONLY BY MY ERROR. aDVICE WHAT TO DO DO ADOBE?

Thanks for reporting your concern. This seems to be a case of mistaken identity. Adobe employees do contact customers directly to help them in any issues they are facing. Do let us know in case you face any other issue.

This was a genuine request. We generally reach out to our customers, who have contacted us through forums or wish forms or support or user voice or reported a bug, in order to understand their feedback and improve our products. You might have contacted Adobe earlier though any of these channels and hence I reached out to you to know your concern. Please let us know in case of any other concern.

" was place MISTAKENLY BY ME BEFORE " THE EMAIL WRITERS NAME AND TITLE.-- ALSO IS THERE A WAY TO SEND FRUAD SUSPICIONS DIRECTLY TO ADOBE ACROBAT DC?
