Still having this issue with Acrobat DC shutting down a few seconds after starting the app. I am prompted to log in (even though I am logged in CC) and then app starts pulling in my account info, my avatar appears in the upper-right etc. Looks like the app crashes right after it loads up my account.
The process no longer appears in the Task Manger to create a dump file.
I tried all suggested fixes on this thread and (modifying host file, editing permission on SLStore file, etc.) and nothing fixes the crashes...
I am running Windows 10 on Surface Pro X laptop (ARM) and this mess started after trying to update CC from the older 32-bit version 4.9.0.504 to the latest version 5.3.5.518 which supports ARM but had to get back to older version of CC because I needed access to the 32-bit versions of the Adobe apps (since native ARM apps not available for most...)
