How do I fix the signing in issue. I've signed in about 5 times now, and it's still not signing me in. This is so frustrating and a complete waste of 10 min waiting to be able to sign a form.
Apologies for the trouble you faced using Acrobat. Please confirm if you are facing issues with fill and sign app or not able to use any tools in Acrobat and it is prompting you to register.
I was told that the software (bc it’s run on a web platform) builds cache so it needs to be cleared periodically. The tech did it remotely for me but seems like a silly bug to have since they’ve decided it is all web based now.
sign in button is not working on mine either.

IF THE SIGN IN BOX WERE A PERSON THEN I WOULD HIT IT WITH A CAR.
I absolutely hate this new update with all the sign in issues!! Fix it it’s a nightmare
