   Can you try updating your Office and Acrobat?
   Let us know if that fixes the issue else, please share the screenshot of the errors or crash dump.

   Adobe shouldn't be modifying directories of other software makers without your permission. I disabled the add-in because it was seriously slowing down Word for me on large documents (10+ pages). I keep everything up to date.
