    Hello Kuan, thank you for your valuable feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

    If you keep your focus on the right-hand panel, where the document comments are displayed, the keyboard navigation should function properly. We have confirmed that the tab key, up and down arrows, and page down all function correctly. Could you please verify if this is not the case for you?
