    It's an absolute joke that this is still ongoing. Every month I check back to see if they've actually listened to their customers.

    I suspect the only reason they don't email people is because they KNOW that it will remind people they have a subscription when auto renewal is turned on, forcing people to cancel their subscription.

    Well guess what - i'm going to cancel my subscription out of the sheer hassle of having to get this email sent due to accounting chasing me every month.
