   Actually, when you scroll by a touch screen, you will find that they've already supported the smooth scrolling.
   Solution Method: 1. Download and install X-Mouse Button Control. 2.Add acrobat.exe to the profile. 3.Scrolling->Advanced Windows Scrolling->Scroll Method, chose <Method 1 （SCROLL Msg）>, and set vertical lines to <10>. 4.Enjoy it.
   I think the only explanation why they didn't officially support it yet is that they want to save the world from wasting energy to smooth scrolling.
