    Good Evening. I have just read the notes on this page covering the past 14 months. It is not impressive as regards Acrobat. My own website reaches out to 76 countries 24/7. It is not right that without warning my Microsoft program is effectively closed down. I am using Mac Desktop and I confirm that I have exactly the same problem as other users. If I disengage one, I get the other back. If I delete both and then reinstall, Microsoft functions efficiently for a short period, then the problem recurs.
    What on earth are you talking about, 'try updating your office and Acrobat?'
    I should be grateful if you would fix this problem as quickly as possible.
    I am quite prepared to write a journalistic article on this subject to all 76 countries, for I take the view that customers and client bases shlould not be endangered by Acrobat.
    I apologise for the formality, but, at the day's end, this is how I address the court, although I'm happily now no longer in law practice!
    All hands to the pump, please, Acrobat Team. People are relying upon you all to solve this problem.
