An error occurred while saving the comment Gregory Hyman commented
Tack on comment: the Download behavior downloads the PDF without any of the comments that have been added by collaborators throughout the course of review. This is also not a good experience. All comments added throughout review in the browser should persist as part of the file, whether downloaded, unshared, etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Gregory Hyman commented
It seems as though the problem may be that when you have multiple users collaborating on a PDF, the "resolution state" (for lack of a more apt description) of a comment is being overwritten based on the cached resolution state from other users who are accessing the document.
So if I resolve a comment, and then another collaborator accesses the PDF, and the last time they accessed it, the comment was not resolved, the status will be overwritten back to unresolved, even if they haven't manually edited or updated the comment.

It would be nice to be able to select and delete filtered comments as well. When you filter and select all visible comments, the delete option is grayed out.

Hi Sarabjit, thanks for your response. Most of the comments that were added after the PDF was uploaded are still missing. One comment added after upload does appear in the document: that comment is one that I replied to and did not mark as resolved. All the others are gone.
