An error occurred while saving the comment It would be nice to be able to select and delete filtered comments as well. When you filter and select all visible comments, the delete option is grayed out.

It seems as though the problem may be that when you have multiple users collaborating on a PDF, the "resolution state" (for lack of a more apt description) of a comment is being overwritten based on the cached resolution state from other users who are accessing the document.
So if I resolve a comment, and then another collaborator accesses the PDF, and the last time they accessed it, the comment was not resolved, the status will be overwritten back to unresolved, even if they haven't manually edited or updated the comment.
