Here's another recording - as you can see, you can't see the guide when pulling down from the ruler. Once I release it, it shows, but then when I drag it, I SHOULD be able to see it in the ruler, following the guide as I drag it. This USED to work in previous versions of Acrobat. Please look into this bug. It's very inconvenient to work like this.

Yes! I have this issue too, and it's really annoying. Also, when you drag a guide out from the ruler, it doesn't show in the ruler - it used to prior to this version! Submitting a separate bug on that one!

Absolutely! I tried reaching out many many times to support and here and no one seems to pay any attention. They encourage feedback and bug reports, yet do NOTHING to address the issue. Sad... The only way to make them work is to drag them and drop approximately where you want them, then you can see them move when you drag, but only in the ruler. I have to enlarge the view so that it's overlapping the image in order to see exactly where I need that guide. Previous versions did this. WHY DID THEY CHANGE IT???
