    I just ran into this problem. An hours worth of work has been lost completly. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING AN AUTOSAVE FEATURE THAT DOES NOT WORK!?
    The customer service representative told me "You must first save your edits for the autosave feature to work", wait what? I am very displeased with the software, I pay too much for issues like this to happen. Microsoft has figured out this feature flawlessly. My entire offices uses Adobe and we are looking into other companies who offer these features. Adobe needs to improve their system.

  3. auto save or ask to save on file close. USELESS TOOL! SO ARCHAIC!
