I've made this argument to senior customer service at Adobe and they are half way through getting this approved to be fixed.

Reference Your Adobe Case ADB-30660122-F4L7 CRM:04373000007082

    When you call.

Security reason was fixed when they moved to an aws email product awhile back to thats an old and false argument.
The email tend to come in tls encrypted (fail open, but secure if it doesn't fail) so if your receiving email provider is fairly modern, it shouldn't be an issue for the level of sensitivity of a receipt.

These need to arrive via email, attached as a pdf, ever single month automatically. That's the only way our accounting processes can handle this without having a high level employee log in and get them at extreme cost.

I keep opening cases with Adobe. They use aws for the email system to send receipts. There is already a button to email the receipts. They just need to add an if statement saying when there is a new receipt to auto email it. All the heavy lifting was already done when they moved invoice emails to aws. It team keeps trying to close the case. Everyone should call Adobe and ask why they keep closing this case id ADB-29785051-Q7F5 as I've gone into great detail, spoke with multiple supervisors, the floor manager and dealt with multiple rounds of objections by the back end it team. I keep asking for us managers to step in.
