   Can you please update if you are still facing any issue ?
   Also Please update your Mojave OS to 10.14.2 and see if issue persists ?

   I have the same experience for a couple of years now. It is really frustrating. None of the updates over the past years were able to fix it. I am open to help to analyze the problem and would love to see a fix.
