   Could you pls. share how are the PDFs being accessed? Are these kept on a network folder or shared (mapped n/w) drive? Or are you accessing them through a Citrix server or RDP?

   Hi, is there a fix for this issue? I have multiple users having the same issue. And the worst is that if they do a save of the document once it shows blank pages, it wil save the blank page.
