    Hi,
    The issue faced by you is due to the setting of the document set by the user. Please see the following setting in the document :
    1. Open Document→File → Properties → Initial View Tab → uncheck Center Window on screen

    Please make sure the setting is not checked in your document to avoid the issue.

    This "solution" from Rachit, Software Engineer at ADOBE does NOT work at all.
    Please stop offering up canned responses and actually read what the your customers are telling you.

    Hey ADOBE Software Engineers.
    Go read this thread and see how big of a problem this "Feature" is to all of the users who are impacted by this Bad Behavior.
