    An error occurred while saving the comment

    Created a Custom Form that is 9X4 ... When printing, the Document says 9X4 but the print preview windows say 8 1/2 x 11 and prints that way ...

    Tried everything to get the print preview window to switch to 9X4 ... No luck ...

    Has worked fine for years, until today ...
