Thanks for reach out to us. It will be great if you could share the below information :
1. Machine configuration like OS version etc.
2. Acrobat version (Go to Help→About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC)
3. User id with you have logged in Acrobat.
4. Exact set of steps you are trying to executeAlso is the issue occurring with a particular type of file ?
