   I sign in and then try to create a PDF and it says "No valid account". When I sign in again, I get all the promos and can not get to TOOLS. From my App, it says I an signed in but then I get the "no valid" again. 3 days of this--got it to work once by uninstalling and reinstalling but then next day, "no valid account". For the heck of it, I tried to get a new account but it said I already have an account.
   FRUSTRATED!
