    I also have this same problem. Mac user on High Sierra, with Student and Teacher Creative Cloud subscription. Trying to create a PDF from a ppt file, and the links do not work when I print and choose 'save as PDF' from ppt - strangely, though, when I go file.> save as in ppt and choose PDF as the file format, the links DO work. Then when I go directly to Adobe Acrobat DC and try to create the PDF from there, I get an error saying "you need a valid Acrobat DC subscription to convert PDF using Adobe Create PDF service." I have tried signing in and out of both creative cloud and Adobe Acrobat and the problem continues.
