    I need to install on new computer or cancel. I have sent 3 emails about this. I need to talk to someone. I can't get to phone # all I get is help yourself Help help

    I need to cancel I have wasted many days trying to get it to work. IT does not. A waste of my time and money. They told me the bug had been fixrd. It has not. I need to find how to cancel. Gloria
