    With our latest release on 11th Dec. 2018, the issue reported by you has been addressed.
    If your product has not already been updated, to get the latest product update, click on the menu Help —> Check for updates in the product.

    You can now customize it by right clicking on the Toolbar and selecting appropriate option.

    Customization of toolbars keeps being more and more limited or require numerous clicks for things that used to be a single click. Screen real estate that is valuable keeps being taken up by items that can't be removed or customized. Things may 'look cool' but completely get in the way of productivity. Let the user determine what is needed for productivity instead of adding more limitations or forcing multiple click through multiple menus.
