    Looks like they might have snuck it back in to Acrobat. It is back in reader also.
    Right click on a blank spot on the tool bar to get the menus.

    Turn off "Page View Modes" to get rid of the drop down.

    Blue Beam is a direct competitor to Adobe Acrobat with more of a CAD feel.
