    With our latest release on 11th Dec. 2018, the issue reported by you has been addressed.
    If your product has not already been updated, to get the latest product update, click on the menu Help —> Check for updates in the product.

    You can now customize it by right clicking on the Toolbar and selecting appropriate option.

    Agreed. Do something radical: put the user in control. Adobe's agenda is not my agenda. Provide feedback and Learn Acrobat should not be the brightest bulb on the string. Good grief. Does Adobe think this isn't our first rodeo?

    Well, at least I don't see the big blue zit anymore with this "fix". Now if they would gray out the icons on the tool bar we'd be on to something. And what is that icon for Profile and Settings, the blue Pac Man icon?
