    You can use Loupe tool for getting your desired result.
    Follow below mentioned steps to activate loupe tool.
    Go to view > zoom> Loupe tool.

    Error in above paragraph - 'specific location zoom' does still work ONLY IF the zoomed area includes the top margin of the image. Would like to zoom in to a specific location, sheet to sheet, in any location on the sheet.
