    Hello! Could you specify which application you are using to make the annotations? (screenshot of the application icon, link to the App Store listing, or name of the software developer or company may help). That way, we can investigate the source of the problem.

If you would like to share a document that the crash has been occurring with, or any other information relating to what you were doing at the time of the crash, that would be very helpful.

    Hi,

    Sorry for any inconveniences this has caused. Is your document a scanned PDF? If possible, could you provide us with a PDF that demonstrates the problem? This will help us figure out the problem.

    Hi,

    We are really sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. Is possible, could you answer a few questions that will help us solve the issue?

    - Which version of iOS is running on your iPhone? (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201685)
    - When you rename the file, are you doing so from the Recents list or from the "On my iPhone" list or "Document Cloud" list?
