Hi there!
I am really sorry for the poor experience you had with the billing and cancellation process. Self-cancellation option is available on your Adobe account if you have purchased the subscription directly from Adobe.
You can cancel it under Plan>Manage Plan>Plan and payment>Click Cancel Plan on https://account.adobe.com/plans.
Note: If you purchased your membership or subscription from a seller other than Adobe like Amazon, iTunes, best buy, and so on, contact the seller for assistance.
For detailed information, you may refer to help article https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/kb/cancel-subscription-acrobat-online-services.html
If you are not getting the cancellation option under the Manage plan, this may be due to some billing issue i.e. payment failure in the previous month or decline of the transaction from Bank.
This may lead the subscription to go under a suspension state in which you don't get the self-cancellation option.
In this situation, you may have to contact the Adobe Customer Care to cancel the subscription https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html
If you still have any query, I will request you to share your Adobe ID associated with the subscription on 'doccsup@adobe.com'.
Mention your name and my initial 'Anand Sri' in the subject line of the email so that I can assist you in a better manner.
Thanks for your time and patience thus far.
Regards,
