There is no need for the home/welcome screen - particularly since it takes over the full viewable space. I just want to close a PDF when I close it - you aren't a productivity tool that I am going through like email where i need a persistent list anytime I close something.

Ayush, what is the progress on the removal of the unwelcome Home Screen, or addition of some way to set Acrobat Pro so that the Home Screen does not appear, or closes automatically when one closes the last open PDF?
I have mostly switched to Preview, but find the home ‘feature’ deeply annoying any time I do need to open a PDF to take action on a file.
