   I am also getting this message "You need a valid Acrobat DC subscription to convert PDF using Acrobat Create PDF service", when trying to open a word document which usually then opens in a pdf format.
   I urgently need to use this at work and I can't find anything to resolve this issue.
   Adobe - Can you please help ASAP?
