    i signed up the Acrobat DC CC and this is NOT resolved
    in fact i can not get it to high lite ANY text at all in the PDF i am using
    i get what appears to be the correct cursor for this action - yet nothing happens - i dont even get a bounding box i can manipulate - all i get if lucky is long lines that lead to a comment pop up - not helpful
