    Confirmed on Acrobat XI Version 11.0.23 scroll wheel does not work anywhere in a long comments list, even when first selecting a comment or clicking on the vertical scroll bar. Repeated on several different documents. Latest update is applied. Default settings. Scroll wheel works fine when hovering over or clicking on main page display. I would add a screenshot, but it's not allowed in comments apparently. Very frustrating not to have this basic function and have to keep switching between keyboard and mouse to manage a large list of comments. Also, scroll bar is too tiny while other space is wasted in comment section.
