Lack of mouse scrolling function in comments list panel
As shown on the attached screenshot, the mouse wheel does not work here. It would be nice to have this function available for scrolling up or down a long list of comments.

Confirmed on Acrobat XI Version 11.0.23 scroll wheel does not work anywhere in a long comments list, even when first selecting a comment or clicking on the vertical scroll bar. Repeated on several different documents. Latest update is applied. Default settings. Scroll wheel works fine when hovering over or clicking on main page display. I would add a screenshot, but it's not allowed in comments apparently. Very frustrating not to have this basic function and have to keep switching between keyboard and mouse to manage a large list of comments. Also, scroll bar is too tiny while other space is wasted in comment section.

From this screenshot, it looks like they don't have enough comments to fill the pane, necessitating a scroll bar. I can confirm though that the scroll wheel does nothing when there is a large comment list and a scrollbar. Even if the scrollbar is active (clicked on) first. Same with hovering the mouse over the list or scrollbar. I'm using Acrobat XI Pro V 11.0.23.

Your screenshot if from Acrobat XI. This has been fixed in Acrobat DC.

"Page up" and "page down" buttons also do not work in this field.
