    Hi,

    As confirmed, that you have purchased the package and it still doesn't let you to edit the PDF, then you may please check the following-
    1-Make sure you have got Acrobat DC subscription, as only Acrobat DC lets you Edit the PDF.
    2- Signed In with the correct email.
    3-Only desktop app Acrobat DC would let you use edit feature as its not supported in mobile app (except Acrobat Reader on iPad)
    4- All the above are checked and still redirected to subscribe now page, then please get in touch with our Customer Care team through this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html

    Hey,
    If you are a subscriber of Adobe Acrobat or any Document Cloud service, then make sure you did Sign In in the application with correct email address. If its still redirect you to the subscribe now page, then we suggest you to get in touch with our customer care team via https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html
