I have paid my subscription but it still will not allow me to export files

I have paid my subscription but l am unable to exports files, i it keeps asking me to subscribe

Hey,
If you are a subscriber of Adobe Acrobat or any Document Cloud service, then make sure you did Sign In in the application with correct email address. If its still redirect you to the subscribe now page, then we suggest you to get in touch with our customer care team via https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html
