Cancel subscription

I want to cancel my subscription of adobe export excel and adobe pro dc . I already tried to cancel but there was no notifacation for cancelation.

    I signed up for the free trial 18 Dec 2020 and would like to cancel the monthly subscription that starts after a week. Apparently I have a work subscription. Thank you and please mail me confirmation
