I have tried to cancel this subscription twice already. I did not even get a notice that the free period has expired and you took money off my account twice already. And you cost me money everytime you try to take the payment. Can you please cancel this subscription now once and for all? It is the Adobe Acrobat Pro. I don't want this to be debited to my account once more.
