view single pages

I would like to have a mode rhat shows only one page on the screen, and when I slide jumps to the next page.

Are you unable to view the page in Single page mode using the 'View mode' button? You can find more information about the same here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/rm/android/acrobatandroid_en/viewsettings.html#scroll
